CLEANSER

This provide antibacterial properties that cleanse and detox our bodies to eliminate diseases, it also contains antioxidant which help detoxify our body by flushing out toxins from bloodstream. this eventually purifies the skin thereby preventing risk of developing skin problems.  

How to make onion cleanser for pimples, oil face, and dry skin, we will need the following:

1. Get one large bulb of Onions 

2. Get your knife

3. Blender or  grinding stone or mortal 

4. Sieve

Preparation:
  • Take off onion skin and wash
  • Cut the onion into piece
  • shred it or use mortal or blender to blend it until is 90% watery  
  • Empty it out into a bowl
  • Separate the juice from the chaff by sieving it with a delicate fabric
  • Transfer the juice to a bowl
How to apply it:
  • Wash your face with clean water, 
  • Get a spotless cotton bud or cotton wool and apply the onion juice all over your face 
  • Wash it out after 30 minutes
NOTE: Do this twice a day for two (2) weeks 

INSTEAD OF STRESSING ON WHICH CREAM TO USE LIGHTING ON  DARK KNUCKLE'S
  • Just get yourself turmeric powder 
  • Mix with clean water
  • Massage 2 times daily
  • And you are good to go
SUNBURN 
This a skin damage from too much exposure to the the sun or as cream that is harsh to the skin which is made to use after shower at night to avoid get your skin burn. For instance most of the face cream out there are made to use at night and not day time to be free from damaging the skin.

FOR SUNBURN:
  • Get turmeric powder
  • Then add 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
  • then mix thoroughly 
  • Use it to massage the dark circle on the affected area.

Weight Lose

Weight lose is a process of keeping a healthy life style, it does not require competing with one another. As we know body differs so the stages you are to under go will differs too. Never allow anyone to body shame you while you are the best of yourself. You own no one explanation cause you are specially and wonderfully made.

So, for you to start this journey you must be ready mentally and physically, this will help you know that you are yourself and you are doing it to impress no one but to fulfill your goal in healthy steps.

Another thing to consider is' if you have a friend that join you for both to encourage each other just be you and never worry that your friend lose more weight than you but bear it in mind that you are not in competition with anyone but to improve your healthy life styles.

You need to eat enough food, this will help you to stop all kind of process and fries food we buy out when we are hungry. In no account will you starve yourself or skip breakfast because you want to lose weight.

Drinking enough water help to keep you in shape and taking a can of water along when going out help's you to avoid soda that make you feel you are tasty of food but not known that your body  just require water for that moment.

Mostly i have seen many taking supper like two to three times at night, is not right. once you have your supper and you are satisfied and later you feel hungering, take two glass of water to see if you are tasty and if it persist then switch to fruit.

Depression

Depreciation: The unforeseen circumstances that makes one feels the world has crumble on and the feelings of taking away life which is most precious that comes along with different thought of good and bad moment. Stay strong and talk it over with someone.

Depression: Is a reaction to life that you never imagined would be yours. A reaction to stress and seeming inability to change your situation. Is an in acceptance of how things are or were. lack of self care and giving too much of yourself to others and lack of energy to take anymore of what life has for you. It is a deep sadness and regret. 

Depression: A process of being depress, a feeling that something is pressing you down but you can not know how to handle it. a condition which makes one feel out of space. It can also seen as some forces pressing one to do unimaginable things that that can lead one to early grave.

CAUSES OF DEPRESSION

1. LONELINESS: This comes as a result of ignoring someone evening when the person is trying hard to talk to you or gist as a love friends you both are but reverse is the case. Letting them be the only one that initiate conversation without your contribution, it lead to depression. Thereby makes her feels  unacceptable.

2. UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES: In life there are things that comes as shock, especially when you never expect it. This include death, lost of child, lost of properties and fear of failure and lot more.

3. OUT OF SPACE: Most people feel out of space espcially the women who think they are not sexy as they are now cause of child bearing and change in their body structure. If being pressurize in her look and her body changing, it will cause depression.

4. LIES: In a relationship always say the truth and apologies when you are wrong and not trying to use gift as most of Africa men does. please if you offend someone show remorse for your offense and not being proud cause you think you own it all.

HOW TO OVERCOME DEPRESSION

CONFINED: Speaking to a friend about your situation is not a bad ideal, you see all this relationship that advice you to hold on with your problem in you but they will still go about to talk it out with someone or friends in other to less their stress. you why cause you do same and save yourself from ing depress.

SKILL: Occupy your mind with something new that you will be busy with, this helps to take away harmful thought  that may come to you and you will be free from killing yourself and appreciate nature.

MAKE NEW FRIENDS: Try to make new friends that you will be free to discuss whatever with, do not always be in door go out and socialize, be free in other to take in a good air.

In all, depression can kill' it will make you feel the world has crumble but remember the good days in such a moment before the sadness. Life it's self is so precious to be taking. Believe me you can talk it out . Yes i know it hurt and hard to make the move. Forgive is the key and move on with your life.
